Unlimited consultation via Email or phone
Contact vendors for arrival time
Contact bridal party for time and location of rehearsal.
Supervise and coordinate rehearsal
Provide itinerary, and timeline for ceremony with couples approval.
Arrive on-site 2-3 hours prior to ceremony to ensure that vendors are providing quality service
and adhering to contract
Supervise and coordinate ceremony from beginning to the end.

Wedding Day-only
(Silver Package)
For the couple who want to handle all their planning, but need a consultant to supervise the day:
Detailed meeting two months prior to wedding
Provide itinerary, and timeline for ceremony with couples approval
Supervise and coordinate ceremony, rehearsal included
Arrive on-site 2 -3 hours prior to the ceremony to ensure the vendors are providing quality
service and adhering to contract

Platinum, Gold, & Silver Packages Include:
Supervise and coordinate rehearsal
Supervise and coordinate wedding day
Arrive 2-3 hours prior to the ceremony to make sure the vendors arrive at designated time and are adhering to their signed contracts
Guide Ushers with seating of guest, as necessary
Organize and direct the ceremony processional
Assist the bride with her gown prior to walking down the aisle
Emergency Kit
Display your ancillary wedding items, ex place cards, unity candle, guest book, favors, cake & knife server, and toasting glasses.

Flowers, cakes, and wedding favors
Order and address print materials: save the dates, invitations, and programs
